Technical support for institutions and companies involved in e-signature projects, working closely with their own computer services in order to plan, implement and maintain services already up and running.
End user support services: contact, incidents, doubts, problems, troubleshooting, requests and consultation about certificates and incidents in other services that affect users. This service is offered through different channels (phone, e-mail, Internet, etc.) and on two levels, depending on technical complexity.
